@tomzoltan8095 Gym Jordan has been in Congress for 16 years, and he has not sponsored nor even co-sponsored a single bill. He's done nothing for Ohio nor the US. He's one of the most useless Reps in my lifetime. I am so happy he didn't get enough votes to be Speaker.

 @joeb4142 I think Lindsey is one of the 31 unindicted co-conspirators in Georgia. He fought hard not to testify to the grand jury, and ultimately, he lost.

This is only for not testifying to Congress. Jack Smith won't allow him to skip a grand jury.

This case was only for not appearing for a Congressional subpoena to testify and a failure to turn over documents. It's a maximum of 12 months for each count. DOJ requested 6 months. The judge gave him four. However, both Navarro and Bannon could very well be two of the four unnamed, unindicted co-conspirators in the DC case. It will be a lot faster to convict Trump by himself, and then, easier to indict and convict the others. If Trump is convicted and facing ANY time in prison, he will throw them all under the bus. I can hear him now. "It's not fair that I'm facing 20 years in prison when Jordan, Bannon, Navarro, Ron Johnson, Mike Johnson, Biggs, Gosar, Perry and others were more involved and weren't even indicted.". Trump will squeal on them even if it doesn't cut any time off his mandatory minimum time. He's just vindictive like that. All that's needed is a conviction in DC or Georgia for Trump to eat out everyone else.

@stevef7563 If you read the Federal Code 18 that references a treason charge, an individual can only be charged with treason when the US is directly involved in an active war that Congress has officially declared and has done something to provide an advantage to one or more of the opposition(s) also involved in that war. Treason isn't necessarily hard to prove, but it is difficult to charge. The code/law gets very specific about it. Espionage, as in the classified documents case, not so much.

@electroluxia as did Biggs, Gosar, Perry, Scott and Ron Johnson. All of them were involved in planning J6 and were given subpoenas. Ted Cruz actually admitted to being in on the planning and execution phase in a recording to Maria Bartilomo.

That is Garland's call. Remember the J6 Committee referred others besides Navarro and Bannon, but Garland only presented evidence to grand juries for Navarro and Bannon. Meadows and Scavino received a pass from Garland. He's trying so hard to appear non-partisan that he's favoring Republicans.
