  3. Fani Willis just filed a motion to have an anonymous jury. I feel certain the judge will grant the motion. It will stop the public, the defense and the prosecution from knowing the names, addresses and places of employment of the jurors. ALL Trump-related trials should have Innominate Juries.

  7. Fani Willis just filed a motion for an "Innominate Jury" which is a request to make the jurors anonymous to the public AND the defense. I feel certain the judge will rule in favor of this. The juror names, addresses and where they work cannot be published. I think that should be the case in all Trump-related trials.

  13. I think there will be a few that get caught. Those that participated in the Jan 5 meeting at the WH need to be looked at. Those that still voted against certification after the failed insurrection are likely the main culprits who KNEW of the plan to overturn the election.

  16. That would certainly go through the courts and be deemed unconstitutional. An individual cannot be their own judge. IF Trump does happen to win, all he has to do is give temporary control to his VP. The VP can pardon him. That would make it much more likely to be deemed "appropriate" by the courts.

  17. ​ @gordthor5351  I think Snowden should be pardoned. Reality Winner should have her record expunged. All she did was have a document published that showed the NSA confirmed massive Russian interference in the 2016 election. Like Snowden, she believed it was in the country's best interest to know. I agree.

  18. ​ @robinwhitlatch4497  There ARE innocent people in prison. Hell, since the Innocence Project started, 183 inmates on Death Row awaiting execution have been found innocent and released. HOWEVER, it is incredibly difficult to get an innocent person out of prison. It's much easier to put an innocent person in prison than it is to get an innocent person out of prison. It's been estimated that 11% of inmates are actually innocent of the crime that put them in prison. I don't think pardons should be abolished, but some guardrails need to be put in place. A leader shouldn't be able to pardon their own cronies. IF the leader has any type of relationship with the felon, the felon shouldn't be eligible for a pardon.

  19. ​@minutemeditations14All But, our Constitution says they cannot serve if they aided/comforted insurrectionists. There is PLENTY of evidence that at least a few have done that.
