@AgentXaos Does that mean we should all have a right to have stinger missiles and a nuclear warhead? If it's legal for the govt to prohibit the sale of one type of arms, it's legal for them to ban ARs and AKs. We already know it's legal for the federal government to stop the sake of assault rifles because the act that banned the sale of them from 1994-2004 was ruled constitutuonal, meaning it wasn't an infringement upon or of our 2A rights.

@arcturionblade1077 Well, we have an armed, well-regulated group that can be called up to quell rebellions AND fight to protect the state when needed. Sometime after the 2A was enacted, every state formed its own group of residents that are civilians unless they've been called to action (Nat'l Guard), and we have a national draft process in place if there aren't enough active military to protect the country. Haven't we solved the reasons for needing the 2A?,

@yvonnerahmes9618 The most absurd Cruz solution was to limit schools to having only one door. That was his original idea. I haven't heard that in a while.

@sacredsounds4234 Good. We don't have to worry about YOUR SON becoming a mass shooter. Now, what about the 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20 year old sons that ARE interested in an AR-15 and ARE going to become mass shooters?
