  1. Her courtroom in in Ft. Pierce and the indictment was filed in Miami. Since Cannon/Reinhardt (her boss) are actually on the indictment, it looks like it was given to Cannon because she originally dealt with the two other issues connected to the case. I doubt she's going to drive 100 miles each way every day and there will be another judge assigned. She's not equipped to handle such a complex case at this point in her very short,very inexperienced career.
