  1. Over the years, I had a roommate that was a police officer and 2 neighbors that were detectives. All three admitted they lie on the stand if they think a suspect is guilty. That's the reason jurors want DNA and other tangible evidence and not officer testimony. Based upon my experience, if I'm on a jury, I will disregard everything an officer says.
