I don't think celebrities are good exames, anyway. Some are very protective of themselves when in a very public setting like this. Additionally, this interview of Jonah was done before he was helped with incredibly low his self-esteem in therapy -- he has a Netflix documentary about his therapist and how he has been helped him gain a healthy self-esteem. When someone has low self-esteem, the often feel others are judging them harshly regardless of the scenario. When we feel judged, we are often more cautious about what we say. Celebrities like this are even more cautious, esp in an interview, because it's not just the people in the immediate vicinity that will be judging, it's millions of people....and, instead of just a handful of people judging someone in their thoughts, those judgements are often in print confirming and leading to even lower esteem.
He comes across much more confidently in his documentary and much less "ready to please" than he does in this clip.
I don't know who the first celebrity was in this clip, but he comes across as extremely confident and in a way I believe is hard to fake.
Although, I think it's good to use interviews of people in similar settings, I think it may be more accurate, possibly even more effective, to use interviews of people that aren't so well-known that they'd be on a Fallon or Colbert-type show. I suppose it's be incredibly hard to find public interviews of people not promoting or selling something.
