@jx14aby There still is not a compilation of the names of those who, based upon past behavior on a particular airline, also being banned on all commercial airline flights. When this "man" is going to be banned from American Airlines, he will still be free to travel on any other US carrier. This is why Delta's CEO petitioned the FAA and Congress to enact a regulation that if a flyer is banned on one airline for violent offenses, he or she should be banned from all US carriers. That's an enormous problem. While AA has him on a blacklist and cancelled his return and all future flights, he can simply purchase a flight from United, Delta, etc. with the new airline being completely unaware of his past behavior.

@Dino-qv6bg GUESS AGAIN Dino. The local DAs (not even sure which jurisdiction you're referencing) are not involved in unruly passenger behavior like this. It is a federal issue and the FAA will be the body prosecuting this "man".
