  4.  @acornsucks2111  That budget info was ALREADY in the bill VERBATIM when they passed it on June 16. The reason they voted it down this week is because McConnell was pissed Manchin agreed to the BBB reconsolidation and McConnell got the GOP to vote for the semiconductor chipsafe in the US resolution. The chip bill was what McConnell was holding over the Democrats head to not pass the BBB recon. 4 hours after the chip bill passed, Democrats announced Manchin was onboard for the BBB. That pissed McConnell off and he vowed to stop the next bill from passing. The next bill was the veterans bill. You should get your sh*t straight before you try and blow smoke up our veterans' asses
