@garyglaser8292 Agreed, and as for Navarro's "They could have called me to come in and I would have," seems lost on him that he already ignored the request to come in -- as for 0:42 of Tucker asking why they didn't contact Navarro's attorney is because he doesn't have one and has refused to retain one. Therefore, there was not the same option to do as Bannon did. As for Executive Privilege, the current SCOTUS has already ruled that there is only one person who has and may claim EP is the currently sitting POTUS. I don't care at all for Hillary Clinton, but she did show up when asked and testify for 11 hours when Trump was in office.

@charlie1832 The law ONLY provides Executive privilege to the current sitting POTUS. No one else can claim it. This law has remained the same since it came into being.

Nancy Rocks Yes, I am fully aware of how Executive Privilege works. However, the current, sitting president has full authority, actually the only authority, to waive the executive privilege for things that took place under a prior administration. It's the entire reason we heard the Nixon tapes. If Nixon had retained executive privilege over discussion held while he was in office, the public STILL would not know most if what took place. Additionally, Executive Privilege cannot be involved by the sitting president in order to cover up criminal actions/activities. If a former POTUS retains his/her Executive Privilege even after leaving office, our judicial system would have no way of ever prosecuting any crimes by perpetrators already out of WH. Governor's also hold Executive Privilege. If could have been invoked to cover up or to hide a crime, Blagovich could never have been prosecuted in IL.

At 0:45 To be fair and transparent, it's not that they didn't call Navarro's attorney, it's that they couldn't call his atty because he does not have one and has publically said he will not retain one even after the judge for his bond hearing strongly advised him to get one.
