  1. Actually, there is a bit more context needed. Regardless of anyone's thoughts on guilt or innocence, the attorney the witness consulted with before turning in his video woeks in the same small firm as Rittenhouse's attorney. That actually does bring up the question of credibility. It's a valid legal question. It's been a long time since I've seen a prosecutor perform this poorly, but his line of questioning with this witness is something nearly any DA or ADA would have done.

  2. This segment should have actually provided more context here. The reason the prosecutor asked who the witness's attorney was is because his attorney is from the same firm as Rittenhouse's, and that does go to credibility.
