  1. I spent 500 USD to have my hair highlighted on a Tuesday and went back to same stylist the following Monday to get it lightened more because it wasn't right the first time. I was charged exactly the same as the first time. Had I been given any type of discount 6 days later (my hair wasn't as light as I'd asked but I had a flight to catch right after the first spot), I would have had a third, fourth, fifth, appt. I was expecting the stylist to give me the look I wanted on the first appt but didn't get it. I guess I expected too much 6 days later to get some type of discount. You spend a lot of time explaining what you want the first time around and I guess I can see going back... Although, my highlights aren't permanent like those procedures in this video
