You better not even look up Project 2025 if unless you think it's 109% okay for a single individual to make up, dictate and control every law, regulation and required protocol/procedure across the country. Before you vote in November, you should really find a YT video explaining Project 2025... You'd be helping yourself by looking for a video that is at least 49 minutes long as it's not possible to lay out the outline of what Project 2025 8s planning+in 2025and/or 2029).

  6. Well, the guy in PA that requested an absentee ballot for his dead mother and even sent in a sworn statement saying she was alive (she wasn't) only got 5 yrs of probation. He was 1 of the 3 cases of voter fraud found in PA. All 3 voted straight republican.

This IG who is supposed be the watchdog, is supposed to report to his own boss, who hired him and can fire him, and tell that his boss he isn't doing his job right. That's a bad setup.   12. I understand the sentiment behind your comment, but I still have no idea people think residents of nursing homes should have gone after they were discharged from the hospital. If their families were refusing to step up, there weren't a lot, if any, options of where to place them. BTW, I think he should be criminally prosecuted for using state resources to develop his book given he was FULLY aware that the approval he received was contingent upon him not using any NY resources. He obviously felt he was above reprimand and the law, and equal justice under the law means EQUAL justice under the law. The Cuomos are just another example of why I rarely support family legacies in politics.

  23. Your property taxes would go up 8-10 times annually if plea bargains weren't so prevalent. Every county and city would need a 600-800% increase in staff and quadruple (at a minimum) in courtroom sq footage.

  31. The 1950s and 60s were when the middle class was doing the best in the US than it ever had before and afterwards. That was before all of the tax cuts for the super wealthy and we had a progressive tax rate. Back then, a father could work at a manufacturing plant and have a stay at home wife, own a home, take the family on an annual vacation and pay for state college or trade school for their two children. Now, the CEOs and Wall Street are the only ones reaping the benefits of record profits. Now, we're all pushing for cutting 70% of the money we send for cancer research and feeding starving, malnourished babies.... So that the super wealthy can get a permanent tax cut when they already pay 6% of their income in federal taxes while you and I pay 28% of our income in taxes.

  34. ​ @darcidious99  You are aware that US taxpayers literally pay for those living in is it real to all have free, state-of-the-art healthcare, all prescription medication, free tuition for college and technical/trade school, subsidized low cost housing for all residents as there is zero homelessness, AND everyone there receives a comfortable retirement pension, like social security,, even if they haven't worked a single day. They score much higher on the quality of life ratings than the US...and Americans are paying for millions and millions and millions of people to have what our own country won't provide for us. It's infuriating. People say we need them to keep peace in the ME , but they are literally the reason there is not peace in the ME.

In 2016, they paid 8%. In 2017 to present, they pay just 4%. During all of this, the middle class has and still is paying 28% in income tax.

Why on Earth would Jordan invite Peterson to speak for 8 minutes (allotted 5 min) and use that time to spend almost 2 minutes on the Terminator movie series. Wow. The electoral college was incorporated during a different time. Elections should be decided by popular vote. If more Americans vote for candidate A than vote for candidates B, Candidate A should be declared the winner.

  44. At least this state judge had 6 cases to reference. Aileen Cannon had zero experience being a state judge and had only been involved in a single case that went to trial while she wasl an attorney --she want even the lead counsel on that case. She stated her career on the bench in Feb 2021 and she's presided over 4 trials in total. Two of those 4 saw their jury's guilty verdicts tossed out on lby TBD appellate court specifically because of Cannon. If she had at least been a courtroom attorney for half a dozen years, maybe she wouldn't have forgotten to swear-in the jurors. With a rad "more" experience in a courtroom, she mauly decides to listen to the defense atty AND the prosecutor both telling her she was wrong when she refused to allow the defendant to have a single supporter, his mother, present in the gallery during trial. This defendant was also found guilty by the jury, but the appeals court had to toss out the verdict because of Cannon's elementary error. I have never seen a NY one even get nominated with so little experience.

Where as the PA voter who voted twice-- once for himself & once for his dead mother (even swearing in a statement she was alive) got 5 yrs on probation. We NEED federal voting guidelines!
