  1. Just look at Aileen Cannon. She has no business being a judge, either. She's had 4 total cases and 2 jury guilty verdicts were overturned on appeal because of Cannon In her current and 5th case, she's made 4 rulings and 3 of the 4 were dismissed by district appeals court. ALL of her errors are things literally taught in first year law. Perhaps, if the US didn't allow the privatization of state prisons and focused 9n rehabilitation like our many allies, the US could have a re-offender rate between 3-15% like they have instead of leasing the entire world with its current 81%. If that rate could even be cut in half, we wouldn't need so many federal judges.
