I don't understand why these judicial nominees don't spend a few hours watching other nominees or reading the transcript of other nominees being questioned by Kennedy because for years he's been asking from a pool of the same 35-40 questions. If there's a big case currently on the scotus docket, esp involving an unresolved theory, he may also ask about the theory.
