@Kjack2023 Why are the very wealthy Americans paying just 4% of their income in federal tax, but the middle class pays 28%? It infuriates me when someone says, "That person paid $19 million in taxes last year," but when that someone made $5 billion, paying $10 million in tax is the equivalent of us tossing in a nickel for an entire year of income tax.

@darcidious99 You are aware that US taxpayers literally pay for those living in is it real to all have free, state-of-the-art healthcare, all prescription medication, free tuition for college and technical/trade school, subsidized low cost housing for all residents as there is zero homelessness, AND everyone there receives a comfortable retirement pension, like social security,, even if they haven't worked a single day. They score much higher on the quality of life ratings than the US...and Americans are paying for millions and millions and millions of people to have what our own country won't provide for us. It's infuriating. People say we need them to keep peace in the ME , but they are literally the reason there is not peace in the ME.

@christiangrey0 More than 70% of the national debt is due to significant tax cuts for the very wealthy since 1980. Before 1980, the top 2% paid 50% or more in federal income tax. In 2016, they paid 8%. In 2017 to present, they pay just 4%. During all of this, the middle class has and still is paying 28% in income tax.

Well, at least the debt was reduced by a trillion since 2021. Unfortunately, the last tax cut on the ultra wealthy saw those in the top 2% go from paying 8% in income tax to just 4%...That 2017 tax cut, you know the one that allowed people to deduct the costs of purchasing and operating their personal private jets and yachts, adds $1.5 Trillion to the national debt every year. In 2016, Trump repeatedly promised to get rid of the US debt in less than 4 years. Instead, he added more debt than any other President..and that's just from 2017-2019.. I'm not including 2020 spending because a worldwide pandemic is an unusual event. However, if we include 2020, Trump still added more debt than all other presidents. After just 4 years, Trump was responsible for 25% of the nation's debt. BTW, as the top 1% reduced their income tax from 8% to just 4% because of those tax cuts, the middle class was and is still paying 28% of their income in federal income tax. What is wrong with this picture?

@reservationmanager2240 We need to stop voting for politicians who receive money from AIPAC... 75% of House and Senate members take $100 million every year from AIPAC. In turn that 75% vote in favor of sending AIPAC $3 Billion every year from American taxpayers. We give them $3 billion and our politicians get $100 million of it back. Essentially, we are all giving 3 out of every 4 members of Congress 100 million dollars annually.... and another 3 billion to a foreign country whose citizens all have state-of-the-art healthcare, free medication, free college and technical/trade school, a monthly pension/SS even if they never worked, and there is no hunger and zero homelessness.... The millions of people there have everything Americans want but can't have ... AND WE PAY FOR IT.
