  2.  @rell127  I know. I just think people who NEED to hear what Roland is saying aren't likely to watch very long when he raises his voice. Research actually shows that people are more likely to listen to someone when they speak in a slightly lower volume than normal. I know it's effective on children! When my children were young (2-5yo), if they were speaking loudly (having a bit of a tantrum), all I had to do was literally start whispering and they'd stop and actually listen to me. Then, I used the technique at work for years as a flight attendant! I get heated when talking to Trumpers, too. So, I know exactly how Roland feels! It's hard to argue with stupidity and/or willful ignorance. Ugh

  4. He's so far down the NS rabbit hole that he'll never come out of it. I hope he reads the comments because I'd like to suggest that he research every point that he thinks is positive about Trump and everything negative about Biden but only use dot gov sites to look for actual data.

  5.  @nitarobinson9511  I know it's his tone, but when he's "talking" to someone he's trying to, in a sense, win over and others like him, shouting is not the right approach. I am passionate when I talk about politics, too, but I've realized that speaking in a normal, even less volume than normal, has a better effect. The people who really need to watch this video aren't likely to listen very long with the shouting. It's just my opinion.

  7. I just wish Roland didn't raise his voice. It would be more effective if he kept a calmer demeanor during this. Research shows that people actually listen more when people lower their voices slightly below a normal conversation level.

  9. Every time Roland makes a point and presents a fact, mark moves the goalpost. If a bill was sponsored by a member of Congress, it was all Trump and it doesn't matter who in Congress did it, but as soon as Roland points out something Biden signed into law and pushed for, Mark says it wasn't Biden, it was Congress. Trump gave $500 billion in one year in contracts to black owned businesses (the "Platinum Plan"), and Roland counters with asking Mark why he would think that could happen when the ENTIRETY of the US government's annual contractor payouts is only $560 billion/year in TOTAL. Mark just changes the subject.
