The only people who truly are treated as innocent until proven guilty are officers relying on qualified immunity. Qualified immunity needs to either end or be drastically narrowed down. If it can't be abolished altogether, it should at least be reformed. Perhaps, just as a grand jury currently hears only the prosecution's evidence before deciding if there's enough evidence to at least bring charges followed by an actual trial, what if grand juries heard very limited evidence for and against granting an entirely separate trial to determine if qualified immunity should be extended to an individual instead of automatically granting it. The only people who truly are treated as innocent until proven guilty are officers relying on qualified immunity.

I think this more recent, yet very consolidated and narrowly perched negativity towards BLM is coming 100% from right-wing media... and Kanye is being played like a fiddle by them. I'm surprised Tucker and Hannity don't reference Kanye as "Uncle T".

They have contact info right on their website. No one is prohibiting you from asking your questions. You realize no one is going to call you to see if you have questions, right?

Have you contacted the Chicago chapter from the main BLM website? If you have a specific incident(s) that you feel need addressing, you should bring it to their attention.

I can't figure out who Kanye hates more: White people or Black people. Or both. Instead of clothing, Kanye should get into snack foods. He has every flavor of chip on his shoulder.

I think this is unaffiliated with mental health. This is something different, like narcissism for starters. I'm sure he LOVES being the "positive" focus of a 5 minute segment on Fox Noise.

The sad part is that Kanye believes he's pulling his own strings. Is the Black Community not showing Kanye enough appreciation and not lobbing enough praise onto his massive narcissist ego?

His narcissism is fueled by attention and praise, and when a well-known Black celebrity speaks out against black organizations, the right-wing media lobs praise on that celebrity. Kanye would serve himself better to hire a group of groupies to feed his ego and maybe start a Kanye cable tv channel where it's "All Kanye, All the time!"

"A proven sham" is quite a statement. Where can I find the charges that were filed? I don't even recall there being a civil court case. Again, where can I find the sham accusation in a court filing because you seem informed and surely you're not someone who accepts whatever comes out of the mouth of a pundit like Roland or Tucker, right...

Is that one woman been formally accused of a crime. I'm a bit lost here. If she was proven to be scamming or skimming, is she still employed by BLM? Accusations mean little, especially when the accusations have no footing and originated at a ring-wing media outlet. Just sayin'. Additionally, an organization can have a bad seed, even a corrupt one, but is she another Creflo Dollar? That remains to be seen. Right-wing Christian Nationalists, aka White supremacists, are good at throwing chum in the water. Most of us have read a headline about possible corruption with a BLM founder, but have we heard anything beyond that? I have not.

If positive accolades from white right-wing media was his goal, then, yes, he achieved it. But, I wouldn't say he's getting broad positive attention from it. However, if Kanye thrives off of positive affirmations from whites in right-wing media and Republican politicians, he's getting it, albeit temporarily. They will smile to his face and plug his anti-black sentiments, but not a single one would allow him to date their daughters
