This is off topic from the OP, but the female attorney who had been recently diagnosed with schizophrenia, shouldn't be included in this video. I think it's bordering on being unethical. She's obviously having a mental health crisis.

The sad thing is that these seemed like good kids.

@coaiemandushman1079 she hadn't been charged at the time of the video. I think it's in poor taste. She was claiming to have killed people, but there was later no evidence of it. She's clearly having an episode. I understand where you're coming from, too, but I don't think it's appropriate. That said/full disclosure, it's possible that I feel this way because I am a retired atty.

Police spend a fourth as much time in training as hair stylists do in my state.

@thedaltoid0266 They seemed like good kids. They were respectful to the Chief even before they knew who he was. They were just goofing off on Bird scooters. They were not being destructive, and they weren't drinking/drugging. This was probably their first interaction with a LEO, and that will stay with them likely forever. These types of police misconduct are all over social media. It's quite sad when a good portion of the public is hesitant to call their local police for help when they need it because they fear the entire force is corrupt and the call will somehow blow back on them. It's as if the police forces are operating in the 1950s while everyone else is living in 2024. I really believe we need a federal law requiring officers to have body-cams footage of all arrests made in uniform because there are still police and sheriff departments that don't use body-cams at all. I worked on a defendant's case from Polk Co., Florida, and I thought there was some mistake when there was no body-cams footage in Discovery. The Polk Co. Sheriff makes enormous busts practically every month and holds a press conference within a couple of days of the bust. These arrests make national headlines, but knowing what I now know, I definitely wouldn't put it past this sheriff to fabricate evidence in order to get a conviction. I have never said nor thought that about any sheriff or chief. I bet you have even seen a few of his pressers on YT. I'm not saying all of his dept's arrests are bad, but I feel certain that he and his deputies have no problem lying under oath.

I feel like maybe you shouldn't have shown the lady who is/was an attorney and was diagnosed wirh schizophrenia. She may have been a licensed attorney, but I think showing her interrogation while she is going through a mental health crisis is simply unethical on this channel's part.

In Georgia and I believe it's the only state that allows this, but if you refuse to blow or blow a 0.0 and the officer believes you're under the influence, the officer can arrest you AND have the nurse at the jail perform a forced catheterization or a blood test (officer's choice). We're talking strapping a suspect to a gurney and shoving a tube into___. I didn't believe it, either, but it's true.
