It seems that, often, children are able to "handle"/accept diagnosis omabout themselves than are their parents and other family members.

Whomever VanNess was that developed that procedure must have been on an acid trip when he conceived the idea of removing the foot, turning it backwards and having it function as a kneecap!

@imahorse4ever Please stop posting that every patient in this video does in 2005. People in similar situations may be watching & reading comments, and posing that as a reply for every comment wondering what happened to these 5 people is unnecessary, and in some instances, harmful.

I think it's up to the individual, but he only gained 12inches in height according to the video. However, I do wonder if it's ethical for. Parent to decide for a child based solely upon height.

For the first segment, whomever Van-Ness was that developed that procedure must have been on an acid trip when he conceived the idea of removing the foot, turning it backwards and having it function as a kneecap! Crazy unbelievable!

@kirstenornelas881 I meant ethical for a parent to wholly decide for a child unless the child is an infant toddler, basically under 7 or 8 you. However, I did not realize nor know about what you brought up. Thank you. ! I can attest to spinal issues. I broke my cervical spine in 3 places almost 4 years ago. I literally broke my next in 3 places and I Isa veryling, tedious, PAINFUL and Challenging road to recovery. I was able to go to a class today all alone from the drive there to back home that was 4 hours long with breaks every 45 minutes. It was a challenge, but I did it. I suppose, I'm sensitive about people making their own decisions about their own bodies -- and after 7 or 8 yo at least having some input into. There's be almost nothing worse than for something to go wrong during your own surgery that you had ZERO input into. But, again, thanks for sharing your knowledge! ❤️

Anytime between 2:30 to 6:30am for me :(. Insomnia is a terrible thing to experience, especially night after night. The 2020 corona quarantine hasn't helped mine any either!

@adamhxhfan5338 The third segment-- and the thumbnail. He no longer has year ducts. Did you not watch the video? Its not hard to figure out which one and I'm not even finished with Mark's entire segment.

@imahorse4ever But you said it for him and at least one other person in this video!

@sycamoretree2241 You are mixing him up with Mark. Give that, you have no idea who is viewing these videos. I'd imagine patients and their families with the samemedical issues search for uplifting stories of others. So, PLEASE, be careful what you post -- perhaps, provide just a link w/o any if your own words if you feel that compelled to comment.

After Mark, the 3rd segment of the man with the facial fungus, I don't know that I can watch anymore. I cannot imagine a story to "top" his.
