  1. I don't think anyone is placing blame with the teachers. Quite the opposite. It's the administration at the school that dropped the ball (after the parents, of course).

  2. I don't believe the administrators at the school did. They should not have allowed him to remain in school. The teachers did the right thing, but the principal didn't .
