  6. ​ @TestUser-cf4wj  governors of states that didn't opt in the Medicare/Medicaid expansion means the residents in the state don't get the $12k/annual federal healthcare credit if on Obamacare. It costs the states nothing to opt in, and only red states opted out. I believe there were 11 of them. That's just wrong.
