  2. They want all 41k hours, but they're only getting the footage that the defendants appear in. So, the DOJ has to have teams go through and separate that footage and then determine if there's any security issues with it. I'm sure they run it through facial recognition software but that isn't great at picking out different face angles, like side views. The date that the prosecution has to provide the discovery evidence/footage hasn't even been reached yet. They're grasping at anything, just like Trump, as a defense. Personally, I think they judge should have ordered that they can only view the footage in a secure location and cannot make copies.
