  1. Imagine his surprise when he finds out the 3 month sentence he agreed to in his plea deal won't be served in a jail, but in a prison. Bugs will be at the bottom of his concerns.

  2. AND I doubt he understands there's a huge difference between jail and prison. Given that he doesn't seem to understand what he did wrong, I suspect he'll find out the differences between a local jail and a state prison in the somewhat near future.

  4. I really hope the judge at his sentencing provides him with the opportunity to learn the difference between jail and prison. If Mr Cowboy is reading this-- heads-up: Jail is where Otis spent the night in Mayberry; Shawshank is where you'll be going when Judge Jackson sentences you. Enjoy!

  5. All of the J6 charges I've seen have been criminal. It appears he hasn't learned there's a difference between a local jail and an actual prison. Let's hope the judge at his hearing and subsequent sentencing provides him with the opportunity to learn the differences in a "hands-on" educational manner.
