I didn't have to take a personal day off of work because my company sent 8k of us home. Unemployment was at 16% and the stock market had plummeted. I watched the neighbor across the street walk to her car in an effing Hefty bag because the hospital had to PPEs... So, no. I was NOT better off 4 years ago.

  40. That's exactly how I was in 2020. I knew I had to be very selective in what I chose to engage with regarding politics this year. I had a heart attack on Nov 1, 2020, and I feel strongly that my anxiety over the election and Trump's mishandling of covid were partly to blame. I had no clogged arteries and no other factors except that stress.
