  4. His attorney also would not have risked his license to claim chansley was bipolar unless Chansley told him this or the attorney saw this in a medical record/was informed by chansley's doctor. Attorneys cannot just make things up or knowingly lie about these types of things to a judge, ESPECIALLY during sentencing.

  5. He received 41 months and J6 wasn't even 41 months ago. He apparently was released early. He should be hauled back into jail to finish his sentence!

  6. I watched Luke Beasley interview him a few days ago in person (he wears the same clothes as here), and it was hard to keep him focused and keep him from going off on tangents.
