  4.  @solomon_doors  That's not what I said, is it? I believe the question was whether I/the reader would have questioned the factuality of the claims if they had been brought by Snowden. How did you jump from my response to me "deciding since Snowden, in particular, didn't find any evidence of the proposal, then that settles it?? Personally, I believe there are life-forms we haven't discovered. It's pretty presumptuous and egotistical for us to think we're the only intelligent beings, but I have not seen anyone provide proof of this, yet. The "whistleblower" didn't come close to proving his statements. Everything was secondhand hearsay. I flew for one of the three big, US legacy airlines for over three decades, and I don't think I've ever flown with a seasoned pilot who hasn't encountered an UFO. But, that doesn't mean any were extraterrestrial.
