  1. Given the numerous recordings she made of their lives basically from day one, why was she never able to capture him actually harming her? No one starts taping that early in a relationship without an ulterior motive. She testified that the reason she taped so many discussions was it was part of their assigned couples therapy; HOWEVER, her tapings began long before they ever attended a session. I really hope his team questions her about this during this trial.

  2. I think the UK judge needs to be investigated for having ties to Heard. There's no way anyone should have found in favor of Heard's version of their time together.

  4.  @bluesage4329  But, a lot of that is for reasons that wouldn't be the same for JD. He didn't have to borrow or steal from friends to pay for his habit;. He was risking going to a seedy downtown corner to score; he was still in demand work-wise. There a difference between someone drinking a $350 bottle of scotch from a Waterford glass and someone drinking malt liquor from a brown paper sack.

  5. There's no point to this photo. I don't think it had an impact on the jury one way or another, and there's no need for his side to bring it back up. All they need to do is ask JD to briefly describe his drug addiction and his drug and alcohol use over the years. Then, ask him if he's ever been accused of behaving differently when high and has he ever struck a woman or anyone, for that matter. So far, the only thing that's landed during cross is his testimony that he was sober for 18 months before arriving in Australia. The defense was able to show it was substantially less.
