20 minutes of fantasy. How many trillions of dollars and lives would it cost to implement even a fraction of what you have just spoken about? It's never going to happen. A fraction of the money spent on rehabilitation and education about the dangers of drugs would make the problem more than manageable. There is only one special military operation in the world and that's the illegal invasion of Ukraine and the murder of its people, the destruction of its cities, and the theft of its grain and washing machines by the Russian hordes.
