  1. You never once mentioned that Russia is also suffering big shortages in its missile inventories. Russia is fast running out of missiles, especially precision-guide weapons. The Russians are incapable of using its missiles and Shaheed drones against Ukrainian military forces that's why they hit civilian buildings. Ukraine will just save its anti-air defenses for the Russian airforce and continue to prevent Russian air superiority over the Ukranian front lines which will become the priority. This will obviously mean more civilian casualties but just killing civilians and making their life hard has never won any major conflict unless the fighting forces have been defeated strategically. Also, you failed to mention that the Russian Airforce although numerically superior in physical number of planes has a '' ..catastrophic shortage of well-trained and experienced aviators.'' They also very rarely train with other military assets and almost never in true combined arms, large-scale exercises. The truth is that Russian pilots are poorly trained and will never gain air superiority over Ukraine, or be a real threat to Ukraine's front-line counter-offensives. Proof of that? Putin's war is now 14 months old and Russia has still not gained Air superiority against Ukraine's air force which is many orders of magnitude smaller. You seem to emphasize Ukraine's imminent shortfall of air defense as if that will be the deciding factor in the Ukranian counter-offensives but I think that will be the least of Russia's upcoming problems.
