  4. ​@avallopizarro9707 Russia was not accepted into Nato because it did not want to follow the conditions of membership. Russia was asked to join. Like any club, anywhere in the world there are terms and conditions that must be followed but Putin refused to accept them and wanted to be a special case. Result= not suitable applicant to the club of Nato.

  5.  @rositasultana3958  In North Korea people are already starving to death. Even with starvation and emigration, the governments are still in control. Over the edge would be the complete collapse of the regimes that run those countries, this would result in the inability of the regime to govern in any capacity. Do you understand?
