  1. The real question is why Putin chose to ignore the Americans warning about an intercepted communication indicating ISIS was going to attack Russian public gatherings including concerts? Also, there was an OMON HQ less than a mile down the road, literally 5 minutes away but it took them over 90 minutes to get to the concert hall? There was also a police station actually inside the concert hall but no indication of any attempt at preventing the terrorists from attacking, why? Nobody is pointing at Ukraine as being involved in this attack, there is no evidence Ukraine was involved in this attack. Zero. But there is plenty of evidence it was ISIS. Russia is based on Lies why should anybody believe anything that comes out of the Kremlin? In fact Lukashenko stated that the Terrorists were trying to cross into Belarus. Does that mean that Belarus was involved in the Terrorist attack? Of course, not but the real question is why they were able to escape the concert hall in the first place and travel so far across the country. It seems that when it comes to arresting someone holding up a blank piece of paper in a silent protest you can be sure there will be 3 or 4 OMON, heavily armed, ready to pounce on the defenceless little old lady who wants her son back from the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Why no sign of them in one of the biggest terrorist attacks for years? Many questions that the Russian people need answers to.
