  1. My dad was a furniture maker, so I grew up with a house full of furniture made by hand. There are pieces that are over fifty years old and are still fine. You'll never catch me even looking at furniture online any bigger than something that can sit on a table. Sorry, but I'm not so stupidly obsessed with "convenience" that I would scam myself that way. Some things are too important to trust to some online scam. (Shoes are another thing I'll never buy online. Who is dumb enough to do that??)

  2. The problem with cast iron is it's very heavy. I can't use them because of that. Easy thing for able-bodied people to overlook, but not everyone has the physical strength to haul heavy iron pans around.

  3. I bought one of those pans. It lasted about three weeks before everything started sticking to it.

  4. Crops aren't pollinated by honey bees. There is no crisis in honey bees. There are plenty of them. The crisis is WILD bees. They're the ones who pollinate, and they're the ones who are disappearing.
