  1. Why "weirdly"? Why would she use them at all unless she knew they would do what she needed? Those things have been known for millenia to be good for the skin - it's why they're included in skin care products today.

ETA: * sigh * The state of education is quite pathetic if these elemental facts about Cleopatra are considered "weird" and something "You Did Not Know". I learned most of this in history class in GRADE school. Sad.
