  9. The ignorance here is truly astounding. I've known people of many faiths, but the Muslims I've known have been among the kindest and most decent, most hard-working and family-oriented. When you wall yourself off and refuse to know anything other than what you already know, you lose the opportunity to learn just how wrong all the arm-waving and panic-inducing media shrieking is. People are people, and the vast majority just want to live their lives in freedom, just like you. Sad.
