I've always found the term puzzling. What is it supposed to mean? Rock that's played on yachts? Rock that billionaires like? What does it mean?

@doctordetroit4339 Maybe so, but it's a pretty recent term. I've been into rock since the early 70's, and I've only heard the term "yacht rock" in that last decade or so. Thus my confusion.

@whackamole4909 The term was around before internet memes, dude. And whether it's puzzling or not is a matter of opinion.
