  1. The witnesses are called during the TRIAL. Which is what the Senate will be doing. The House does the impeachment, which is the Congressional version of an indictment. WHEN are witnesses called during an indictment? They're not. So Graham's horseshit is exactly that - horseshit.

  3.  @TheDizzleHawke  Yeah, but he was not removed, and removal is the whole POINT of impeachment. People think impeachment is some kind of punishment, but it's not - it's the Congressional version of an indictment. So it accomplishes nothing if a trial doesn't follow. All that happens is a black mark against the president, but no actual consequences at all.
