  1. No, Occan's Razor states the simplest explanation TENDS to be the best one. Life is complicated, and bodies are complicated, and diseases are complicated. There's no reason to think the answer MUST be simple. A lot of people have spent years being misdiagnosed, disbelieved, and/or dismissed precisely because the "simple" answer was thought to be right when in fact it was absolutely NOT.
