  2. The last couple of decades have seen Disney get worse and worse until now it's nothing but a money-gobbling machine. I live in SoCal but haven't been to Disneyland in nearly 20 years, despite having very fond memories of going there a LOT before then. But it's become nothing but a shopping mall with rides. They're even removing the benches that people sit on, to force anyone who wants to sit either into a ride or into a restaurant where they'll be forced to spend money. It's awful and it makes me sad. (And this doesn't even get into the horrible effect they've had on the movie industry. Don't even get me started on that mess.)
