Granted, there's some question of finagling and ratfucking and who knows what all there, but the fact remains that he's there because there were MANY more people than him who wanted him there. No dictator ever gets power by himself; certainly this lazy asshole didn't.

But the point I was making was that Twitler does his killing impersonally, in large numbers, while serial killers do their predation one at a time, by hand, in as intimate a way as possible. Twitler is far too squeamish and cowardly to face the people he's slaughtering - much like another totalitarian dictator who wanted to "cleanse" his country.

It wasn't a personal statement of responsibility from Harry Truman.
