  1. How is it that bankruptcy will delay the case? Shouldn't it be the other way around? Seems to me that if you've got a case going about your finances, the LAST thing that you should be allowed to do is file bankruptcy. The existence of the case should make it impossible to file in the first place. Jeez, the ways the law produces for offal like this to get away with their crimes is unreal.
