  1. I'm not sure I understand why we can't focus on voting AND think about preparations for the outcome. Can we not walk and chew gum at the same time? Not preparing for the outcome of an action is very short-sighted; there's no reason we can't think about what might happen. The voters aren't children, David. We can think about things like that without crying in despair and refusing to go vote.
