  5.  Mari Jayne  Do you mean the idea of extending the number of justices? (Which is not a constitutional issue, seeing as how the Constitution says nothing about how MANY justices there should be, let alone the fact that right-wingers were perfectly fine with 8 justices so long as it was convenient for THEM.) Or do you mean real court packing, as in filling the existing number of seats with as many partisan hacks as possible in order to make right-wing politics the law of the land for the next few decades?
