Also, Ashley is originally inspired by another woman on the comic who is Stillwell's secretary (Stillwell is a guy in the comic but in the show it's a female) However, Stillwell in the comic is way smarter and competent and even not scared on Homelander and he's even just bored when he got confronted by Homelander. He's also using his secretary for power and his secretary will do anything for impress him and even they're dating. When Homelander and Black Noir died, Stillwell got interviewed and he threw his secretary under the bus on live tv and she got a mental breakdown and rip her hair just like Ashley always done except Ashley is doing it more often since Season One, I think when she starts losing her hair because of the stress and pressure.
