  1. Too be honest, Sansa is the character who has upside down in development. She showed her potential to be a manipulator in Season 4 by lying of Littlefinger for killing her aunt only in Season 5 she becomes Ramsay's toy and weak again. Then, in Season 6, she becomes the voice of the reason for Jon to take over the North from Boltons and even lying to him to call Littlefinger with the Vale armies and in Season 7, they tried to make her care to the North remains only later being Littlefinger's victim again by baiting Arya with the letter that she sent from King's Landing a long time ago and out of nowhere, she outsmarts him. And she tried to be badaas in last Season by shutting down Dany about "What will you do to the North?" Only later just be there, whining, complaining, and Boom! She's the Queen of The North. As much as I don't like Dany, but at least Dany has a lot of moments of struggling and how she develops as person while Sansa looks like a cheater.

  2. Also, she's never using her face changing ability anymore in Season 8. Would be better if she disguised as Jaime or Euron by steal their face and then killed Cersei. It would be the end of her story arc.

  3. Why would they switch the main villain from an Ice Zombie King to a desperate middle age woman who likes to drink wine and fuck her brother and barely doing anything for the last 2 seasons?
