The John Wick franchise made a lot of good comeback for him. Same with Joaquin Phoenix for losing his brother River Phoenix and even went crazy on David Letterman and turns out he was just acting for his new movie by going to the character. We barely know their own social life, and I just know that Joaquin is dating Rooney Mara for last few years and finally won his first Oscar for Joker.

  11. The last Oscars that I enjoyed was 2019 when Joaquin Phoenix won. But, I can't enjoy it anymore. I remembered I started to like The Oscars since 2011 when I saw Natalie Portman won Best Actress for Black Swan. I feel like ever since there are no hosts anymore at the Oscars, the show just feel empty. Remember the time Seth Macfarlarne sang "We saw the boobs" and roasted almost of everyone on that room? Remember when Ellen took a selfie and gave the pizzas? Remember when Billy Chrystal interactive with the audiences and read their facial expressions? Remember Jimmy Kimmel vs Matt Damon "feud" on his last 2 years of hosting Oscars? Remember when Neil Patrick Harris made a musical number with Anne Hathaway? Even with cringe and awkward moment but I prefer there's a host at there.
