What about Orochimaru from Naruto? He's from a Power Hungry and the killer of Third Hokage to the real MVP of 4th Shinobi War by reviving the previous four Hokage to help to defeat Madara, Obito and Ten Tailed Beasts. (I'm not counting Kaguya because the twist is still disappointing)
