Matthew Ford Stewie has already on that list. The list should be one of per franchise from different cartoons. But, however WatchMojo is cheating by putting 2 Phineas and Ferb characters on this list.

Luke Detering I know, right. The 2000s era was my favorite because there were many good cartoons in CN such as Ed, Edd, Eddy, Codename Kids Next Door, Samurai Jack, Courage, Powerpuff Girls, Teen Titans, Batman: TAS and so on. So did Nickelodeon and Disney Channel too. I'm surprised Danny Phantom isn't even honorable mention. Everything went downhill since early 2010, I guess.

jordere555 I really hope it would be Rick Sanchez from Rick and Morty. I like Adventure Time and Regular Show at first but the next season of both of the show sucks. I guess, Finn or Jake would be #1 tommorrow. But, I really hope it's Rick.

The first 3 seasons was good. Season 4 sucked so bad because the original creator decided to quit. That's why the show got cancelled. I know the show is kinda racist especially towards black people but it is so funny at the same time.
