The Red Keep crumble and with a lot of ridiculous plot armor from the creator since around Season 5, she's somehow survive that but Qyburn die and got a broken bone. Among of debris, she found Arya Stark who goes with The Hound and since she couldn't move and panic, Arya immediately run to her and stab her pregenant belly with her Needle contrast to how a Frey man stabbed Robb's pregnant wife in the belly in Red Wedding and said "The North Remembers" and Cersei dies. Meanwhile, The Hound fight along with The Mountain and Arya get out of there immediately. Then, Jaime finds her dead body and mourning of her dead later, Jaime commit suicide by choking himself with his Golden Arm. Then, Daenerys sits in Iron Thorne with Jon as her companion along with Tyrion as her hand but she's going to her decent of madness in few days and then, Jon comes and kill her and dubbed as Queen Slayer contrasts of how Jaime killed her father when The Mad King goes crazy.
