  2. You should've put the time when Gordon bought an apartment for a struggling married couple who are also the owners of the Hotel in Hotel Hell. That episode is the equivalent of Mama Cherri's from Kitchen Nightmares UK. They are nice people, not in denial and they just good people in a bad situation since the husband was in car accident and injured his leg and his wife tried her best to keep the hotel open.

  3. He is reverse Ellen Degeneres or more like Ellen Degenarate. Ellen is always acting nice in camera but while off camera, she's very rude. Meanwhile, Gordon is always potrayed as "tough guy" or "mean guy" but deep down, he cares and he's nice either on and off camera. He's always act that way because he used to be under guidance of Marco Pierre White who is a stone cold chef that looks at high standard and Marco even ever made him cried once.
