Getting killed by Arya to fullfill Arya's character arc 3. Getting choked by Jaime's golden hand so it would fullfill Valonquar's propechy 4. Getting killed by Arya who disguised as Jaime 5. Getting poisoned by her favorite wine 6. By killing herself Even all of her children suffered traumatic deaths except for Tommen who has giving up.

As much as satisfying Littlefinger's death is, I really hate how they make him as one of the best manipulator in Westeros turns to be a pedophile who's obssess with Sansa just because he still can't escape from Friendzone! And he was stupidly sending her to the enemy who killed his crush! And in Season 7, he's still in Winterfell for being Sansa's simp instead of get back to the Vale immediately since he is Lord of the Vale for marrying Lysa. Man, watching him died by his crush's kids is so satisfying. Sansa for tormenting him in the public, Bran for repeating his quotes to Ned and Arya for slicing his throat.
